Joel Barker has a proven track record of accurately identifying vital trends in business. I’ve been a fan of Joel Barker for years. His “model shift” teachings have had a huge impact on huge organizations and startups . In this video, Joel talks about a book I read in November — Putting our differences to work — that impressed me with its relevant and undemanding ways to build leadership across organizations. Joel does a excellent job articulating the content in and value of this book. I recommend it to any leader interested in growing his or her organization.
