Lotus Elise. In contemporary years a war of escalation has seen horsepower figures in performance cars climb to stratospheric levels. But like most things in life theres more than one way to solve a problem. From its earliest days the Lotus brand has argued that quick cars should be small and light, not heavy and overpowered. A perfect embodiment of that concept is the Lotus Elise.
A cramped, meagerly equipped sports car made of aluminum and fiberglass may not be everybodys thought of perfection but theres no denying those attributes pay huge dividends in terms of performance. For more new car reviews, interviews and automotive news visit kbb.com today.

Elise is a fantastic car, but best in the world? Any Mercedes AMG or Italian Sports Car thumps this on the head.
oh lol
how come there are no v4′s? there are v6′s, v8′s, v10′s, and v12′s
No such thing as a “v4″ just inline 4.
i like elise (L) it’s the best car in the world,,its light quick en it looks gorgeous!
189 horsepower 1.8 liter V4
0 to 60mph in 4.9 seconds
Air conditioning and leather-wrapped steering veer
Ok, no Mercedes AMG or luxury Ferrari or anything, but an entertaining small car
21mpg city, 28mpg highway
Pathetic. For a car that light, I was expecting 23-27mpg city and 30-33mpg highway.
I don’t see or hear to much about those cars.
Can you review the Tesla Roadster, based on the Lotus Elise?
i like the elise..i want one
LMFAO
you can use it every day… if you don’t have to drive 100 miles to work.
get the 08 mustang gt (gt stands for grand turismo, which means the car goes quick)
Don’t use this as a daily driver, please. :)
help! i need a sporty quick and comfortable daily driver and track ready car.
awesome car!!!!!
